Hush Haus began with one stubborn idea — that the inside of a bag should be the best part of it.

Each pouch is quilted by hand in Cairo, in small runs, from cotton chosen for the way it holds a diamond stitch. Then lined in something with no business being that loud. Green gingham with peony. Blue stripe with red check. Lilac with lemon. You will be the only one who knows.
